Today I randomly chose Kettlebell Fit Slide Beginners #11. I did it while my husband was working out as well and my kids were playing so it was fun and sweaty. For the past few weeks I’ve been averaging only around 3 or 4 workouts a week. At first I was feeling guilty, but we are super busy with summer activities and I’m always fatigued from my nightly toddler/baby wake ups. So, in the spirit of “intuitive exercise”, I’m saying screw it, 3 days a week it is!
