If something is working, don't mess with it. Knowing when to quit has been a big one for me in my happy eating journey. Everything doesn't need constant tweaking, changing, and progress, especially if you're happy. There's a time to lay off the adjustments because they create more problems than they solve. I could look at my food intake and say, "Well, the breakfast cereal could go. And obviously I eat too much peanut butter. Too much fruit. Frozen pizza? Really? And M&MS? And ice cream? Oh, boy, so much work to do."
I have to shut that down when it gets started. The goal isn't to eat "perfectly." The very act of declaring that something I do regularly has to change can set off big time rebellion and backlash. On the other hand, if it changes naturally because it feels right and it's what I truly want, no problem.
