Food and Dieting Journey
used to be a happy eater with a tendency to overeat. that all changed when I actively dieted and became obsessed with body image/scale weight/body composition. developed a cycle of restricting and binging. but that's all in the past now, i'm going back to practicing happy eating, taking care of myself by eating well and moving, and just enjoying life again.
