Sorry to hijack here, but I'm curious about the comments about getting burned out on VI. An hour doesn't seem like I huge commitment to me. I spend 45 minutes to an hour about 3 times a week doing something called "baby got back" that I've been doing now for years. I'm looking to change it up too.
Is it really that there is a lot to do and a lot to cram into an hour? Does it take a normal person (like me? :) ) an hour and a half? I don't have that kind of time commitment desire myself.
I love compound movements, heavy lifting, 2-3 times a week for no more than an hour.... what fits into that definition that would change it up for me?
I'm actually 50 and love zumba too, but I'm thinking about adding yoga for flexibility. I hurt sometimes after my zumba class!
