I modified (down, not up!) two workouts this week and was happy that I did. No "I should do it as written" feelings at all! Maybe the fact that I COULDNT have done it as written helped, LOL.
I'm getting back to some workouts that involve weights and it feels amazing. The whole reason I don't do Zgym workouts anymore is because I wasn't modifying when and where I needed to, and it was just too much cardio and too much jumping for me, even though I love her creative weigths and kettlebell moves. So this is more than a little victory for me, I'd say :)
