I loved that podcast with Georgie, too!! I listened to it about a week ago now, but I just hadn't had the chance to come here and comment. The thing that really stood out to me was how so many of the mindset tips can be applied to all aspects of life. I don't struggle with binging (restriction was always my tendency)óbut as I was listening, I was thinking of how I could apply so many of the suggestions to work stress!
This morning, I listened to this Nutrition Matters podcast with Dr. Levine. It was packed with tons of insights on how we can help prevent body image struggles. It really spoke to me as an educator.
