I signed up for Jill Coleman's free #MetconMonster challenge. It's 12 short metabolic conditioning workouts in 15 days. The only equipment required is two pairs of dumbbells, a lighter pair and a heavier pair. I don't believe I'll actually be participating in the Instagram challenge, but I sure want those 12 workouts. She'll be sending them out via email on August 6th. I thought I'd share in case anyone else is interested.
