I haven't checked in here for a long time... Hope everyone is doing great!
I was wondering... how many meals do you eat per day? I've been experimenting with this after a failed attempt at IF. I find that two meals per day and one decent snack (like greek yogurt and an apple or a protein shake and some berries) is working well for me and I'm less stressed about eating and less bloaty.
Does anyone else find that 3 meals just isn't working for them? It could be that my 3 meals were ridiculously large and 2 large meals and a snack is my Goldilocks - just right - type of thing. I'm not sure but the investigation continutes...
Also, any ideas for hearty breakfasts that are filling, easy to make and don't include eggs?
