Right click on the link. Choose "Download linked file as." Watch the little arrow in the upper right of the Safari browser showing the download progress. Clicking on the arrow will show a list of all the files you've downloaded. From there you can open and save them where you want. Or open them in the Finder and you can drag them where you want.
Is it a link to the video or the actual video? You may need to back up a page to the link itself in order to save target or download linked file. Since I'm not sure exactly what you're looking at, you may have to contact their customer support...or I may have to buy it so I can see what you're talking about. :-) If you open it in QuickTime you may be able to choose File, Save As from the menu.
I think I might cave on this by the end of the week. I've been watching some of her YouTube clips and getting very handy tips and love the handstand pushup video. It is also very encouraging to buy a program from someone who looks strong and yet also "like a girl"!
I can't really tell what the program is like though from the promo page, so I'd def be interesting in your review Cyndie :-)
If you have done the New Rules of Lifting for Women (I think that's the title), can you do a quick comparison of Nia's program compared to that? http://www.niashanks.com/2012/09/womens-beginner-strength-training-guide-lift-like-a-girl/ I found this link on her fb page, so maybe that's gives some comparison, too. I'm trying to get a plan set for when I'm allowed to workout again. I'd pretty much be starting at a beginner level and actually won't be doing much except walking and maybe some bike riding the first week or 2. I wasn't consistent before my surgery and now I'm on a very strict weight restriction of 5-10 lbs or I could induce vertigo. Not lifting more than 5-10 lbs is freaking hard!!!
