More fun from Facebook! :-) Now I'll admit that's a less than flattering photo of Gillian and a super flattering one of Nigella, but still, I've seen Gillian's "You Are What You Eat" show and she generally looks like malnourished hell. She advocates a very low fat vegetarian "weeds and beans" diet. I do enjoy her terrifying reality check smackdowns on junk food eaters. I just wish that the diet she promotes as an alternative was something a little more healthy and realistic. Given a choice, I'd definitely go with Nigella's approach!
