#PhysiqueFinishers are short metabolic conditioning workouts! Which means they incorporate both cardio and weights, all 10-20 minutes in duration and can be done with dumbbells and/or barbells.
They can be used as a stand-alone fat loss approach OR as shorter conditioning pieces at the end of a longer strength training workout.
I saw that email and was intrigued. I know I'll never do the workouts though. If anybody checks them out, let us know!

This is only 1 workout delivered per week so it's not going to offer alot of variety on a daily basis anyway.
True! Since it's a beta, I don't want to take it and then not provide feedback if I don't actually do the workouts...
