What do you all use for under eye concealer? I've tried so many different brands and nothing seems to work. I don't need a lot of coverage but do have some dark circles (not real dark but kind of reddish/purple) that I'd like to lightly mask. Unfortunately, everything I've tends to settle in the fine lines (e hem, I mean wrinkles) and when I smile they look even worse.
Personally - to cover darkness is has to be more on the orange/darker side. Then i sometimes add a lighter concealer on top.
Bobbi brown has a great corrector and creamy concealer. Maybe check that out and let them show u at the counter. I learned that trick from there :) now i use the fit me and add a loreal lumi shine on top for brightness
I think the general view these days is that undereye reflector should be used rather than concealer: for example, Touche Eclat. Be careful not to go too light with the colour as you get a very odd circle effect! The good thing is that it doesn't collect in wrinkles.
Having said that, Bobbi Brown recommends a slightly pinkish corrector concealer to counteract the darkness. I have used this but can never get it right and it looks heavy. Concealor for other parts of your face should match the foundation, I think.
So it's the light-reflecting pens for me: they are like clicky pens with a paintbrush at the end and and you paint it on and blend in.
