I just posted an update in my journal about being in a bit of a state lol. But part of that is feeling like I don't know what to eat. I would love to strip my eating back to some really simple 'go to' meals that I enjoy and that satisfy - especially for through the week. I would love ideas on how to keep my shopping, cooking and eating easy and fun, at the same time reducing decision-making.
Meal ideas and any other form of advice would be so apreciated. Thanks in advance :)
