A sort of ZGYM update! First, thanks for the welcome back skwigg & Tonya! I was still really feeling Saturdayís workout until pretty much this morning. In a good way for my upper leg muscles, but my calves were not happy. Next time I do Low Impact Lower Body Iíll do Ĺ or less of the calf raise stuff. Iíve got reactive calves, once theyíre unhappy, they hold onto it. Today I still didnít feel very ZGYM-esque, so I did a Yoga With Adriene for Anxiety & Stress. It was just right for my body and mind tonight. Feeling much less wired as I head for bed. Tomorrow Iíll rejoin ZGYM for Mobility Drills #1.
Oh no, Skwigg! I'm so sorry to hear about your accident, BUT I am so, so glad that you are okay. It sounds like it could have been so much worse (I'm so thankful it wasn't!). Definitely take it slow; it's worth it.
The new 15 Minute Fat Burn was fun and flew by. I love that series so much!
