Today, I did Body Crush #20X. I saw it pop up as an alternate workout in last week's schedule, but I didn't get to it until today. It was fun—especially since there were lots of kicks involved!
I was pleasantly suprised to see Zuzka's new post about eating balanced meals. It looks like her nutrition course is having a positive effect. It made me extra thankful all over again for all of the helpful, balanced nutritional knowledge I've gained via Georgie over the past few years—no extremes are needed.
