I chose the new Beginner Cardio #13 today. She had me at curtsey lunge / side kick. I'm a sucker for kicking combos. I did make the workout more appropriate for my level by picking up the pace and doing harder modifications of a couple exercises. For the jump squat / toe touch I did sumo jump squat / heel touch. For the bicycle / plank knee tucks I did ab splitters. This was a fun one. I marked it a favorite.
This is one of those times where nearly every new workout is a favorite of mine. Other times I'll be like, gah! What is she doing? Why? Like Tonya, it took me the longest time to get over the ballet situation. LOL Now I even enjoy some of those.
