I didn't feel jumpy today so I went with Low Impact Full Body #13. I love the weighted hanging knee raises, and even did a couple of weighted chin-ups. I'd like to do those more often. Then it feels so easy without the weights!
The new Stretch & Tone Cardio #10 appeared today. It was nice. I really liked the side bend / overhead squat combo. The jump rope sit ups were amazing. I thought a couple of the other combos kept repeating a bit too long. Attention span and all. We finally moved our shins to 90 degrees on the pigeon stretch. Those felt great.
This morning I did 5 Minute Fat Burning Workout #123 two times with 5 Minute Fat Burning Bikini Workout #91 smushed in between to make a 15-minute workout. It was fun. My upper body was definitely feeling it from all of the plank jacks!
This morning, I did Bodyweight Beginners #12. I had never done that one before, and the description sounded fun—indeed, it was! I did full push ups and added push ups to most of the plank moves. I also added a leg lift to the side planks and a jump up to the lunges. It was great! :)
I'm excited for the new Cardio Shred #42X, but today wasn't the day for it. I've had a couple nights of short sleep due to my late work schedule and early morning appointments. Instead of a real workout I did 10 handstand shoulder taps and 10 pistol squats, alternating legs. That was intense but only for about 1 minute.
