I'm back signed up with LWF. My mindset toward working out changed a few weeks ago, from thinking about it as something I have to do, to something that makes my body feel good. Also I've been enjoying working out more during my pregnancy -- it makes me feel alive, feel more like myself despite my changing body, feel strong, and makes my happy hormones go up. I like doing LWF on my phone while also watching/listening to a tv show at the gym on my IPad.
I removed the glute booster this time around - I don't like that it added an extra 10 min to my workout, and if I didn't do it I would feel guilty.
Let's see how this round goes! I'm also not putting pressure on myself to do all the workouts provided. If I miss a bunch, I can put my subscription on hold and catch up.
That sounds like a good plan, Sheena! I am still subscribed and also joined ZGYM, so I've been doing both (though mostly ZGYM lately). I also removed the "bodyweight" option from my subscription because I was getting too many of those. I really just want Jen's KB and dumbbell stuff, haha! I may pause LWF at some point soon, we'll see what floats my boat.
