The one I did today was so much fun! It was 25 mins AMRAP but that's a lot more work than I ever usually want to do. However, I took all week off weights and was more than ready to rumble, so it went by quickly and was fun.
swings, cleans, goblet squats, side-to-side deadlifts (really fun! I forgot what she calls them but Tam was talking about them, too), halos. It was just a real creative, really fun workout. This is PERFECT for me, cuz it's like ZGYM without the cardio :) I set it up that way, which is why I love this program so much. You can get it delivered to your inbox just as you ask for it!
That KB workout sounds so fun, happyme! Those are hockey deadlifts, they're so great! I'm still loving LWF Daily, too. I had an awesome one last evening, a <10-minute body weight workout. It was 3 rounds of 8 reps per side of: dead bugs, glute bridge marches, planks with knee to elbow (same side), and reverse lunges. Fun, quick, & effective!
