I just noticed that the price has dropped again on Jen Sinkler's Lift Weights Faster. It's 130 strength and conditioning workouts divided by time and equipment. There are 10, 20, and 30 minute lengths, and there are options for body weight, dumbbell, kettlebell, or full gym workouts. The idea is to combine strength and metabolic work into one short, efficient session. I've done a bunch of the workouts and really enjoyed them. People like Josh Hillis, Neghar Fonooni, Bret Contreras, and Nia Shanks all contributed workouts, so it's a pretty awesome collection. Plus the workouts have fun names like the Cosmic Unicorn and the Mr Rogers.
