I am wondering what happy fitness looks like for you guys, and how that has transformed over time.... I know there are lots of ZGym fans. For some reason, I don't really love it. I think it has more to do with the fact that I dont like indoor workouts by myself. I enjoy the social aspect, and I also like getting out of the apartment.
I really want to start lifting. I am naturally really low in muscle, so I would love to feel stronger, have better posture, and look more toned/tight.
